During Justin Bieber’s appearance on Capital FM on Wednesday (Nov. 18), the Biebs participated in a segment titled ‘2 Bae or Not 2 Bae,’ and was asked if he’d bae Britney Spears. His response? “Yeah I’d bae, she’s a legend!”
