Britney Announces Two-Year Piece Of Me Extension!

Piece of Me has been extended until 2017!

Britney has decided to hang her fedora in Vegas for two more years, and to keep things interesting she’s going to make changes to the Piece of Me set-list beginning in 2016!
At the final show for the ninth leg of Piece of Me tonight (Sep. 9), the Queen made the exciting announcement just before breaking into her 2009 hit, “3”. Usually, Brit asks the audience to help her count to “3” before the song begins, but this time she surprised the crowd by saying:

“Okay, I have some big news tonight! Usually, I get you guys to help me count to ‘three’, but tonight I want you to help me count to ‘two’ because I’m going to be in Vegas for TWO MORE YEARS!”

Britney also gave a brief interview to E! News where she revealed that fans can expect an entirely revamped show starting in 2016. Our prayers to Godney have been answered as she teased that she will be adding Breathe on Me and Overprotected a few “fan favorites” to the show:

“I definitely have some major changes planned. I’m getting together with my team this week to go over the set list, design some new costumes and dream up new props… There are a few songs that are fan favorites that I really want to add to the show. It’s very exciting! If you haven’t seen the current show yet, you should come out before the end of the year.”

Britney has been on a roll lately as she’s been KILLING IT in Vegas. Recently, she won a Teen Choice Award and presented at the VMA’s. Plus, she’s busy cooking up her ninth studio record.
All of the recent Britney buzz has left us with our tongues wagging and our bodies wanting MOAR. And, as always, if we want MOAR, she’ll give us MOAR!
