Iggy Azalea CONFIRMS Britney Spears collaboration is on the way?

Get ready world, because there’s an Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears collaboration coming your way.
During an interview earlier this year, Spears was asked who she’d love to collaborate with in the near future. Her first answer: Katy Perry. Her second: Iggy Azalea. Though we don’t know how that Katy/Britney collaboration is coming along (how awesome would that be!?) we do know that Spears is putting the wheels in motion with Azalea, as the duo have already hit the studio.
Last week, the ‘Fancy’ rapper was asked by a fan on Twitter if she’d ever want to collaborate with the current Queen of Las Vegas, to which she replied; “I did and it was amazing.” Understandably, fans got pretty excited by the admission, but Azalea wasn’t giving too much away. The rapper followed up her tease with “can’t say anymore info about it [sic].”
Though we don’t know when we’re going to get to hear this upcoming pop masterpiece, we can pretty much guarantee it’s going to be totally awesome seeing as neither of the blonde beauties are strangers to a collaboration or two.
Spears has previously teamed up with huge names in the music business including Nicki Minaj, T.I., Rihanna, Miley Cyrus and Will.I.Am, whilst Azalea has already collaborated with Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Charlie XCX and Rita Ora.
Hopefully we’ll be hearing the track sooner rather than later, as we already know that the ‘Hold It Against Me’ singer was back in the studio this past September, just shortly after her break-up from her boyfriend of a year and a half, David Lucado.
