Britney's X Factor Demands

Britney is this close to signing onto X Factor, but has a few demands that she won’t budge on, according to The Daily.
X Factor offered Britney $10 million to appear, which was brushed off with a $20 million counter. Sources say Britney will likely settle for something in the middle of $12 to $15 million.
Britney also wants to limit how much traveling she’ll have to do. X Factor is based in L.A., so no relocations are necessary, but the show does tape auditions in several different cities around the U.S.
Britney also wants an “out clause,” allowing her to quit after one season; executive producer Simon Cowell wants a two-year commitment.
I agree with the out clause, but homegirl should travel around the country for a few auditions. Hopefully they can meet somewhere in the middle.
