It’s a beautiful Saturday day. I slept in. I was so excited to open up my Macbook Pro and write some cool updates. Then, I found this story. Only this story. And I cried a little. And, to be honest, who gives a shit about this! I know you’re out there… so here goes.
Jason Alexander insists he stay in the news talking about his 55-hour marriage with Britney because that’s all he’ll ever been and will be known for. He tells ABC he was “in love” with Britney at the time. When she invited him to Vegas, he thought he’d simply “have a good time.”
“It wasn’t really a booty call,” he said. “It was just, you know, a friend asking a friend to come on a trip.”
While there, Alexander says Britney asked him to get married. “She just came out and asked me,” Alexander said. “She was like, ‘Well, let’s get married.’ And I was like, ‘Sure. You know, let’s do this.’”
Alexander said they were drinking and “had party favors.” When asked what kind of favors he’s referring to, he said “Oh, a to z,” smiling. Does that mean drugs? “Alcohol is a drug. Coffee is a drug. Cigarette is a drug. Yeah, we were doing drugs.”
Alexander just went along with it. “I went with my feelings,” he said. “I was in love with her. … I feel like she felt the same way.”
He even hints at Britney cheating on Justin with Alexander, saying he and Britney were friends “with benefits.” “There was an instance when [Britney and I] were hanging out,” Alexander said. “[Justin] had called, and I was … kicking it with her, kind of like the guy ‘behind the scenes’ no one knew about.”
Did they have a honeymoon? “I mean, we were in Vegas, you know. I mean … well, we had a suite. Hmmm,” he said.
When he and Britney told her mother and managers, Alexander said, “everyone went crazy because there was no prenup “They didn’t want to hear anything … and [Spears] came back, and it ended,” Alexander said. “That was pretty wild.”
The marriage was annulled. The annulment said Britney “lacked understanding of her actions, to the extent that she was incapable of agreeing to the marriage.”
“Bullshit,” Alexander said. “That was probably the hardest part about it,” he said. “I had obviously got my feelings involved. I didn’t get paid. I didn’t make any money, uh, directly from that,” he said.
What did he learn?
“Don’t be a nice guy,” he said with a laugh. “Nice guys finish last. Look out for yourself. If you are going to really get involved into a relationship with a celebrity and you are just an average Joe, make sure you are thinking business!”
Britney told E! News a few months after the incident: “It was me being silly, being rebellious.”

Lindsay Lohan and her siblings are being harassed by Britney Spears' ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, according to a source close to the situation, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Numerous text messages and emails have been sent from Lutfi to LiLo and her siblings in recent weeks.
"Sam is desperate to be in Lindsay's life and is telling anyone that will listen that he is helping with the actresses' comeback. This is absolutely false. Lindsay has a team in place consisting of an agent, manager and publicist. She doesn't want nor need Lutfi in any capacity. Sam has been texting and emailing Lindsay's siblings as well. Lindsay and her sister and brothers aren't responding to any communication from Sam," a source close to the situation tells us.

Sam's former roommate, Samuel Barth, and his family were forced to get restraining orders against him as well. Barth claimed Lutfi hacked into his Twitter and Facebook accounts, stalked and harassed him, his friends and family, and even tried to give his minor daughter a cell phone.
Lindsay's rep Steve Honig told us, "Lindsay has never spoken to Sam Lutfi, period."

Calls seeking comment to Lutfi weren't immediately returned.

Britney's Lawyers Accuse Sam Lutfi Of "Wrongful Retention"

The Sam Lutfi vs. Spears case is never ending, and the saga will continue. This time, Britney’s lawyers are accusing Lutfi of “wrongful retention” for requesting Britney’s drug test results from 2007, according to RadarOnline.com.
“The results were ordered sealed as Britney was embroiled in a bitter custody dispute at the time with ex-husband, Kevin Federline, and Lutfi wants to use them as exhibits in the upcoming trial — however, Team Spears wants to ensure that the information isn’t shown to jurors,” reports the site.
Lutfi is suing the Spears after allegations in Lynne’s book Through The Storm claimed Lutfi played a negative role in Britney’s life, including cutting off her phone lines and administering drugs to her.
“Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship accuse Lutfi of violating a previous judge’s ruling in the custody dispute that sealed the drug test results, by attempting to introduce those documents into his lawsuit against the Spears clan.”

“Osama ‘Sam’ Lutfi, lived with Spears in 2007. He was a conduit for communications between Ms. Spears and her then family law attorneys,” the documents read. “He appears to have first obtained in 2007 and later retained copies of documents describing and relating to the results of the Court-ordered drug testing of Ms. Spears and court-supervised monitoring of Ms. Spears visitation with her young children.
“These documents on their face appear to fall squarely within the scope of sealing orders issued by Judge Gordon. Rather than apply to Judge Gordon for relief from the sealing orders in the family law proceedings, Lutfi inappropriately invoked the conditional sealing provisions…in an attempt to unseal some of the records that are subject to sealing orders issued by Judge Gordon.”

Lutfi wants to introduce a declaration from Britney she gave in 2007 which dealt with her medication’s effect on her ability to drive her children, along with declarations from drug testing officials, including her former doctor, Dr. James DeLong, who talks about her mental and physical health and a monitored visitation report.
Britney’s lawyers believe Lutfi has no legal right to use this evidence unless he files a motion with the judge that ordered the documents sealed in the first place. Her lawyers want the new judge assigned to the case to not allow these declarations because he “doesn’t have the proper jurisdiction to do so.”
“Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship have been successful in keeping her from being deposed in the Lutfi litigation, and the lawsuit involving her Elizabeth Arden fragrance,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “First of all, everyone involved wants Britney to get married once the conservatorship has been lifted.”
“She could get married under the conservatorship, but the judge would have to sign off on it. If that were to happen, lawyers repping Lutfi would absolutely go into court and argue that if Britney were able to get married, she should be able to be deposed. There is no way Team Spears is going to let that happen. It will likely be a long engagement, which is fine with Britney and Jason. They are 100 percent solid and very much in love.”

Label execs also say there will not be a fifth single off Femme Fatale.

Hopefully all that will change after today’s rumored hearing on the conservatorship, which removes Britney’s rights to make legal decisions for herself. Britney is an inspiration to millions because she keeps her head held high through it all. Making poor decisions five years ago does NOT equate to losing your civil rights! Yes, fans aren’t in the know of what really goes on behind-the-scenes, but the punishment obviously doesn’t fit the crime.
Let’s hope Britney’s groundhogs day is over, because the girl’s sold millions of albums and performed hundreds of shows since its evil inception and proved she can live life free from restraint.

Britney’s former bodyguard Fernandes Flores, who’s suing Britney for a reported $10 million for sexual harassment, continues to fuel allegations against Britney, this time revealing all in a million-dollar tell-all.
In the past, Flores has said she abused her children, beat boyfriend Jason Trawick, was under the influence of prescription drugs, Britney neglected her kids during his time working for her and took photos of her privates and sent them to him.
Now Flores wants to pen a tell-all and reveal details about Britney’s supposed sexual escapades. He says: “Britney has a huge sexual appetite and, from what she told me, her tours were an anything-goes environment. I heard stories of threesomes, orgies, girls making out — things that would make your hair stand on end. She had a lot of young, attractive dancers around her on tour, and things would get crazy. There was drinking, drugs, steamy sessions in hot tubs, all sorts of things.”
“I was in her bathroom and saw this picture of her in a tub with some girls. It was very sexual. She told me, ‘That was on tour and shit got crazy’. I asked what she meant and she said they all got it on. Her and the girls.”
Last year, Britney’s team responded to the sexual harassment charges as “another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.”

Lutfi Asks Judge For Lynne's Net Worth

Ex-manager Sam Lutfi, who’s suing Lynne Spears for slander, libel and defamation for passages in her book “Through The Storm” that claimed Lutfi was a strong negative influence on Britney, is “asking a judge to order Lynne to turn over bank records, mortgage statements, property tax bills, credit card statements, loan statements, conservatorship actions which Lynne has been paid, and other financial information which will establish how much Mama Spears’ net worth is,” claims RadarOnline.com.
Says Lutfi’s lawyer in the recently filed court docs:
“Good cause exists to demand such production because Mr. Lutfi has a strong claim of punitive damages based on his cause of action for libel, which is backed by his own deposition testimony and corroborated in substantial part, by documentary evidence, and the corroborating deposition testimony of Lynne Irene Spears, I received a set of blanket objections to produce the records in question.”
Britney’s recent engagement doesn’t mean a wedding is in the near future; she won’t head down the aisle until this case is settled as her team fears she might be deposed in the case.
“Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship have been successful in keeping her from being deposed in the Lutfi litigation, and the lawsuit involving her Elizabeth Arden fragrance. First of all, everyone involved wants Britney to get married once the conservatorship has been lifted.”
Britney could get married under the conservatorship, but the judge would have to sign off on it.
“If that were to happen, lawyers repping Lutfi would absolutely go into court and argue that if Britney were able to get married, she should be able to be deposed. There is no way Team Spears is going to let that happen.”
“It will likely be a long engagement, which is fine with Britney and Jason. They are 100% solid and very much in love.”
The saga continues January 23 at the next court hearing.
